Relaxing large room with a nice view on the mountains. Lovely and stunning location with a cable car station close to the hotel. Walking distance to a convenience store and convenience stores across the street.

I liked its extremely quiet and nice location!

location: the hotel was right by the tram station that brings people to mount fuji sightseeing center, gora train station & cable car and all the transport. dined at tamura ginkatsutei honten, it was not too far away from the venue. the room was spotless and huge and with mountain view, comfortable futon, had everything i needed. there was good choice of outstanding meals.

The attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful tatami rooms and a traditional tea set. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains.

    Everything was fine.

Great place for exploring Hakone. Clean place with exceptionally pleasant staff and magnificent view of the clear and starry sky. Stunning and easy location in the Hakone-Yumoto area, and 10 minute walk from an open - air museum. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a safe, TV set and a fridge in the room...

    Awful staff!

The room at Lalaca was extremely spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for my family. The onsen experience was enjoyable, especially the private onsen for a more intimate soak. The staff was accommodating and willing to modify the meal to suit our preferences. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and cozy stay.

I recently stayed at a small Ryokan Onsen in a convenient location for exploring. The spacious rooms and facilities were simple yet satisfying. The attentive staff provided great service and the hot springs were refreshing. The added entertainment options like ping pong and board games were a pleasant surprise. The delicious food served in the dining area was of high quality and the breakfast offered a variety of options. it was a fantastic value for the experience.

I can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I keep coming back because Lalaca has everything I need and more - free Wi-Fi, a car park, a restaurant, and a game room. The staff even helped me with an insect bite! Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Room was big and clean. We had breakfast and dinner on site, both were tasty and included Japanese fish and pork dishes. The hotel is located near a train station and is easy to find. In the bathroom, there were little snacks and drinks.

The staff was not very attentive, we had to wait a long time for check-in and there was no help with our bags. The onsen was not very clean and the water temperature was not consistent.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled amidst the beautiful mountains. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the stunning mountain views from the rooms. The attention to detail was evident in the well-appointed rooms with a nice tea set and the option to wear traditional yukuta clothes. Additionally, the breakfast, which included a unique dish with fish larvae, was a delightful culinary experience.

I found my stay at this hotel to be satisfactory.

We really felt like we got a great value for our money at Lalaca. The room was spacious and had a wonderful traditional Japanese feel. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff treated us with genuine kindness and provided attentive service throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options. It would have been nice to have a Western breakfast choice for those who may not be accustomed to or prefer traditional Japanese breakfast.

The Japanese-style food was great, especially the presentation. The communal onsens were enjoyable, especially the outdoor pools. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and easy to find. The private onsen was a nice touch for evening relaxation.

The blinds in the room didn't block out the early morning light, which made it difficult to stay asleep. the staff could have been clearer on how to order coffee.
